Management here is great - Carrie and her team do their best to take care of their tenants, with any needed repairs getting done quickly. However, the units are small, many neighbours are loud and disrespectful, the bedroom windows DO NOT open, so fresh air flow is an issue making it very stuffy. There is also a busy fire hall down the road, so constant sirens throughout the day. The other problem here is the area - it's just not safe. Reading the comments makes me feel like we’re not living in the same building lol. Anyways, it’s -30°C out and the aircon is not working, and it’s a weekend. The security was good, now basically there’s no security at all, random people enter the building all the time.

I can’t say enough good things about Carrie Duff, the Residential Portfolio Manager and the maintenance team at the Red River Pointe - Avenue Living Communities. I lived there nearly four years since 2021. From day one, they have been incredibly responsive and attentive to all my needs. Carrie is always professional, friendly, and goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly.
