This review reflects Red River’s customer service and shipping—not their products, which I still haven’t received nearly a month later. At checkout, my only reasonable option was USPS Ground Advantage ($21.18), which USPS advertises as 2–5 business days. My order shipped quickly, but tracking stopped updating after a week and remained “in transit” with no progress. When I contacted support, I suggested more reliable options like Priority Mail. I've been purchasing Red River Paper's Palo Duro Etching 315 since 2020. It's a great paper for printing artwork at extremely high resolution- adds lots of texture and depth to each print. (I normally make one perfect print.) Also love the archival feature. Place acrylic with UV protection in front and prints last for a lifetime.
I have ordered a couple times from them and the paper is high quality and shipped well. Highly recommend.
Update: Updating my review now that I've received another order. Ordered a couple rolls of paper this time. Shipping went faster and it arrived in good shape. In their defense they did reach out regarding the damaged sample papers I received previously. Hopefully that was just a one-off. So far all i can justify is 3 stars. Ordered some sample papers on the 1st and they just arrived a day ago. Unfortunately they arrived with some damage.
