I appreciate the support I have received at Red River Paper. Yesterday they really helped a lot. They stepped me through setting up for large format prints. I love the details in the jumping spider with prey that I printed on their ultrapro satin paper that I printed today. They also stepped me through the setup for two other types of paper I will try soon. Key reason I like them: Local store Awesome employees Great customer service Fair prices

Here's the difference when you buy quality paper for your artwork or photos! Look how much more vibrant my Red River paper is! I would recommend this company. I had a small issue with my first order and their customer service was stellar at communication and resolving the issue! I intend to continue being a loyal customer

I have been purchasing all of my photo printing papers from Red River exclusively for the past couple of years. Without exception, the results from using their papers has no equal! If you just want snap shots for your family photo album then this may not be the right place for you. However, if you desire professional, museum grade work to present to your clients or display in a public forum, then Red River papers are the very best available at any price! I ordered the greeting card paper to try and it’s thinner than I would like. Since I opened it, I can’t return it. So I’ll just use it to print cards for family and friends. There’s no way I can offer this to customers, it may print beautifully but I know I’ll hear comments about how thin they are.

I ordered paper from Red River and when my box arrived it was completely empty! I contacted Red River who verified the postage and weight when shipped, apparently someone, possibly the delivery driver, had opened and stolen the contents of my package. Red River had a new package sent and delivered the very next day! Excellent customer service, will continue to use Red River for my printing needs. Highly recommend.
