Update: I had posted a 1* rating before based on my initial experience. i got my refund from Red River and later on ordered twice and everything went smooth. So updating the ratings
I've been purchasing Red River Paper's Palo Duro Etching 315 since 2020. It's a great paper for printing artwork at extremely high resolution- adds lots of texture and depth to each print. (I normally make one perfect print.) Also love the archival feature. Place acrylic with UV protection in front and prints last for a lifetime.
I have ordered a couple times from them and the paper is high quality and shipped well. Highly recommend.
Update: Updating my review now that I've received another order. Ordered a couple rolls of paper this time. Shipping went faster and it arrived in good shape. In their defense they did reach out regarding the damaged sample papers I received previously. Hopefully that was just a one-off. So far all i can justify is 3 stars. Ordered some sample papers on the 1st and they just arrived a day ago. Unfortunately they arrived with some damage. Fraud company. I purchased paper on Red River in december. They then sent a mail saying they need to verify the card to check that this is not fraudulent order. I shared my card image hiding my cvv but they were expecting full card image which is a big red flag. Then they shipped to their own warehouse and marked that as tracking on my order.
