Been living at this property since 2014 (Langworthy). I absolutely love this apartment, neighborhood, property management and especially the maintenance man Teddy. Maintenance responds to issues right away. Property managements communication is awesome. We get all our monthly fire alarms, parking lot plowing, and window cleaning notices via email and an app. A+++ Red River Holdings
I have been staying at Red River Holdings for almost a year and I feel lucky to have found this place. It's a single bedroom apartment at a very economical price. I feel secure and comfortable here. The location is excellent — close to the university and not far from grocery stores. We have laundry and parking facilities inside the building. Highly recommended for students and professionals looking for an affordable and safe place in Thunder Bay.
I’ve had a really good experience with Red River Holdings. My facility is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and I haven’t had many maintenance issues in my apartment since I moved in. The management team is friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. They also do a great job of keeping tenants informed and giving early notice about important updates or planned work. Professional and very clean
Red River Towers is a very nice place to live. Lots of work has been done to the building, ie new entranceway flooring, painting interior and exterior, furniture, and two new elevators. Cheerful and clean laundry room. A common area where people can gather. Entranceways are well maintained throughout the year with the changes in weather, as well as the parking lot.
