Red River Holdings is the best landlord I have experienced in Thunder Bay. They take good care of their facilities. They upgraded the electrical panel, the hallway carpet, and repainted the hall too. There is frequent and timely snow removal. They have caretakers that keep the place clean and tidy. The administrative staff are prompt and helpful too. All around excellent landlord.

Lived in Red River Towres for many years, staff here is great with maintenance and cleaning. Great views of the city from the 10th floor. Good community of seniors in this building.
Guy on the phone today was an absolute gem after the maintenance man, Rob, decided to say some rude things about me behind my back (but where I could still hear). I guess Rob didn't realize that open doors don't block sound? A little embarrassing. Imagine laughing and being rude to a new mom. Valenas always rude but it was a nice surprise talking to someone different. RRH isn't all bad! I hope they don't need maintenance on my unit any time soon because Rob will not be welcomed by.
