Clean, safe, quiet living. Good sense of community and easy access to management if needed.
Comfortable place to live, it's clean, quiet and located close to so many amenities. Hallways and laundry room are kept spotless. Staff are amazing, quick to respond to any questions or issues. I had some damage occur to my vehicle in the parking lot, and the head office team took the time to investigate and it all turned out very positive! I heartily recommend renting from Red River Holdings, keep up the great work! And thanks for putting in new elevators, gonna be so much better!
I have really enjoyed my apartment at Bay View Towers. This building is kept clean, I feel safe and I experience the peace and quiet I needed to recover. The management responds to any questions or minor repair I have asked for in record time. Thank you, Aileen Caren
I have lived at Red River Towers for 5 years and find it very comfortable. The building is quiet, clean and any issues are addressed quickly. The manager is friendly and attentive. The maintenance staff are friendly and very polite to tenants. The lobby was renovated last year and the elevators are presently being replaced. Very comfortable and happy living here
