I’ve had a very frustrating experience trying to inquire about apartment availability with Red River Holdings. Each time I called, I was directed to email the company with my details, but I never received a response or even confirmation that my application was reviewed. Red River Holdings is the best landlord I have experienced in Thunder Bay. They take good care of their facilities. They upgraded the electrical panel, the hallway carpet, and repainted the hall too. There is frequent and timely snow removal. They have caretakers that keep the place clean and tidy. The administrative staff are prompt and helpful too. All around excellent landlord.

Lived in Red River Towres for many years, staff here is great with maintenance and cleaning. Great views of the city from the 10th floor. Good community of seniors in this building.
