RecommendedJust moved back to Alexandria and needed new windshield and door glass. Chose Red River Glass from Google because they are close to where I live. Awesome service! Very nice people. Accommodating and thorough.
Red River glass was recommended to me by a friend. I contacted them on Jan 27th and Burl came the same day took measurements and i have not received one call back yet. I placed follow up calls on Feb 1st, 4th, Mar 2nd. On Mar 2nd they promised i would get a call back and it didn't happen. Today i called let them know how dissatisfied i am with service received and i would find someone else. "Unbelievable "
Parents ordered shower doors from them and they lost the order. Terribly disorganized business.
