Terrible experience with this dental office. Received a bill for services for year and a half ago. Statement did not explain the services and threatened collection. I did not receive the original bill. This statement also included interest which I should not have been charged for. Also noticed they tried to double charge my insurance provider when they already received payment. Spoke with the office manager who is very rude.
Compared to last dentist appointment I had year or so a go at Red River Dental, This appointment was great.
I am very nervous about going to the dentist office but red river dental never makes me feel bad about not going as often as l should
