If they have a better customer service! Have been waiting for someone to answer my call for almost one hour.
We had a car loan with RRCU. We payed it off. Two months later I called and asked when I could expect my title. All they could tell me was that their records showed they sent it out already. So I went through the whole lost title application process. An hour, a phone call, a stamp, a photocopy, some printing, a trip to RRCU and a personal check for $2.00. No big deal. I give Red River 5 stars they are always real friendly amd a smile on their face, And always ready to help when there is a problem,
After many years with RR I closed my account with them. They change employees consistently and they seem to not even be able to do simple math. We have had to call or go back in to have the mistakes fixed. Their customer service has really went down in the last 2 years at ALL locations. Better off with a bank that can know you. Also their fraud department sucks.
Highly recommend! Always friendly and helpful.
Have great rates. Gave me a better rate for my car than any other company was willing to give me.
