I have banked with RRFCU for 24 years and until the past 5 have been very pleased. However recently I have had some very bad experiences!! Example: I travel very often for my job (another issue I had cleared up with them) and on March 31 i attempted to use my card at a gas station in Canadian Texas. It was declined! Now I know I got money in there!! So I then tried to get on the app to check my balance. Well of course with out any warning they decide that last night they would update their app. The good Lord was looking over... read more
