Get people that know how to talk to people with mental handicaps. I feel all your Banking needs should be done at Red River Federal Credit Union, associates are always friendly and respectful. Nola always lets me know if what I am doing is right, she doesn't tell me no, she lets me know if she feels I am making the right decision then lets me make my own decision as what to do and she is always right. Thanks for holding out a payment on my TOTALED OUT car! I called a few minutes before 5 and was put on hold and no one helped me! I’m DONE with this credit union. 27 years there and I’m just done!
This credit union is the worst EVER! They are constantly turning my card off! I can’t get access to my money because my debit card won’t work, because they think you spent too much money one day. They expect you to contact them anytime you spend more than a $100 dollars like you have to ask them for permission to spend your money. The worst part is they wait, until a Friday night to do it so there is zero chance you can get your issue with them fixed. Why? Because they are closed, and their phone service is closed. it is New Year's Eve and none of the ATM machines, online services, the app, or phone systems work. There has been no update or communication from RRFCU providing and explanation.
Been member 40+ years. Bought cars and lots of other with loans from them
Friendly staff. I highly recommend RRFCU. Easy to work with.
