RecommendedI receive the best customer service at this credit union and have for the past 17 years. from the loan department all the way to contacting via social media, the employees are phenomenal. they've helped me get through check theft, get several loans in emergency situations and even when they couldn't help me they've gone above and beyond to do their best to always with a very positive attitude.
i have an awesome costomer service with Patricia cunningham&Emily bright,very quick responce and they answer all my questions very fast,ibjave been trying to call but no one answer so i decided to inbox redriver federal credit union and this is the first time i did it and it was awesome service,thank you patricia&emily!!
I have been a customer of this place before and I try to apply for a loan of $300 and open a checking and savings account, but NO they are way to busy to bother with my little request! I would like to say that I don’t recommend this POS credit union!
You need to get an app that works, who wrote this app?
I have had my credit card through them for years and the times I have had fraud problems they have caught it quickly and have taken care of the problem. I feel safe with them.

can't get anything done over the phone.withoit a phone.no chat feature. cant make car payment through atm can't make deposits at arm's. worse than wells Fargo

I have been a member for 10 years, but will be closing my accounts for good. I loved using RRFCU up until a few years ago when the union started to vastly expand. They now care nothing about their members.. and have no problem making it known.
IT HAS BEEN VERY GOOD COMPAIRED TO OTHER BANKS i HAVE USED
