We dropped by here in the morning to get a birthday cake and it was not that busy yet. The 2 staff were very friendly and accommodating. We always get the mango cake, it's their best seller, not too sweet and our family loves that cake flavor. We also like the ube macapuno but it's a but sweeter than the mango. We also their family size palabok. I think Red Ribbon has really good palabok. The staff also informed us of the buy 5 get 1 for the empanadas and we got that too. Clean location and well stocked.
I like their cakes, very light and not too sweet. I usually order the Choco Mocha crunch but this Monday, October 13, I ordered the mango cake. I called ahead and talked to Christine so when I got there she reserve one mango cake for me. The only thing I noticed their mamon and other bakery products have a very short shelf life. Best mango cake in town! Yummy maa a mamon cake too.. butter and cheese is my favorite.
First time in the bakery everything looks very good and presentable delicious
