Kimbrough has been the best landlord I've had in Nashville so far and goes out of his way to make sure all his tenants are taken care of and that the building is as safe and comfortable as can be! Communication is very easy and quick, and this has been the most stress-free living environment I've had since moving to Tennessee. Highly recommend!
Kimbrough Dunlap is by far undoubtedly the BEST property manager I've come across. If there's an issue he's on top of it without delay. He has gone above and beyond to make sure that EVERYTHING is SATISFACTORY!! He's easy-going and will actually have a conversation with you to get to know his tenants. Never have I had a concern that went unnoticed. He is concerned about having returned tenants and what's best for them. It's NOT all about money and financial gain with him.
As a first time renter, Kimbrough has made and continues to make the process of renting seamless. Any questions I may come up with, he answers. Anything that I may need fixed he sends maintenance as soon as possible, 10/10 landlord. I am so unbelievably grateful to be so well taken care of.
