Your employes have no kind of customer service skills the white kid with the long hair that was working on feb,7 2025 was very rude and belligerent and obnoxious you really should find someone who wants to have a job instead of Making your company look like fools!!!
Today I came to wash the rental I'm in i missed and throw (2) five dollars bills in the trash. It was not gone 15 minutes and went back to check the trash. The guy had already dumped it. And claimed he didn't see no money. This is the first time and last time I go there it was a bad experience for me and the customer service I received from them was bad
There's never a wait here and the staff are very friendly. There are plenty of vacuums available on the opposite side of the buildings once you go through the car wash. They provide you with clean rags to use, and you can use an air hose gun to clean out those tight areas under the hood.
Used this car wash many times since I moved here and honestly disappointed and will never give them my money again went to use the vacuums nowhere does it say that you have to have a membership to use vacuums but then when I pulled up to the vacuum, not even a minute later, some snobby kid walks up to my car in American flag shorts and was really disrespectful and rude and asked me if I had a membership.
