OMG!!!!! Got our order yesterday and it was amazing. Ordered the grab bags....loved every shirt we pulled out!!!! Ready to order again #redraideroutfitters
Terrible return policy. They said you had till Jan 15 to RETURN or exchange items we bought for Christmas. Took them back for a return and they said the policy for returns is only 7 days. That doesn’t make much sense when you usually buy gifts weeks before Christmas. Never again will I shop at RRO!!! Manager was a jerk and zero help. Even after we told him we specifically asked if we could return tillJan 15 because we r well aware of their usual 7 day return policy. Return process is a joke. Also the bucks you earn for spending money aren’t truly free bucks. You have to purchase a minimum of $20 dollars for each one used. So let me get this straight you spend $100 get $10 bucks then have to spend more to use them ridiculous. They aren’t the only Tech store in town. They seem to think they are.
