We walked into the Slide location, because the open sign was on, but the hours were not visible at the door. Opened the door and asked if they were still open and employees said yes, then went behind us and locked the door. If they had just said we are closing in a few minutes we would have understood. They go all out, neat place to go!
Very sweet management. I bought boots from the sale and when I put them on ...they fell apart lol. It was a lil of a shock...but I bought them on sale and was a lil worried. Brought them in w a receipt and explained what happened...she apologized and exchanged easy peasy. :-) Love this store! :-)
I ordered three Elite Eight t-shirts for Easter gifts and paid for overnight shipping and specified they were for Easter gifts. Received the order on Friday and called immediately because they had filled the order incorrectly. The girl told me she was unable to do anything about it until the week after Easter. No offer to refund the overnight shipping, etc. She did say I could keep the incorrectly sized shirt she sent that doesn't fit anyone...seriously?
