Ordered final four shirts for viewing party tonight! Such poor shipping, they will not get here until Monday! That is $200 down the drain! I will be taking my business elsewhere! My husband got me the under armour red raider jacket for women. It's amazing. It keeps me so warm in the Maryland cold! I love that I can represent my alma mater while staying warm! And I also LOVED the koozie that came with the jacket! �
I have requested a refund and was given a phone number to call to their Internet office and it just rings. No answer. I was also given an email and I emailed but no reply. I first reached out to them to stop the order on 4/4 and they did not reply to me. So I reached out again on 4/6 and again they took my info and still no reply. Someone that said they were a manager would let us return a shirt bought for my son that was too small. They said that he had worn it and that's why they wouldn't exchange it. It had been in the bag with the receipt since we bought it because he realized he got the wrong size. If it's too small how was it worn. ugh The manager Brittany or so called manager was rude to my son. We wouldn't be back to this location the online manager is much nicer.
This is where I get all my Tech shirts. Staff is very helpful and nice.
