LOVE this store! I received a call about an item being out of stock. The guy in charge CALLED (no email) and went in the warehouse personally to see if there was any similar item to replace the out of stock one. He quickly called back (within 20 minutes) and with NO hassles refunded the price. I live in the middle of nowhere and order a LOT of things online, I was beyond thrilled with the customer service.
