This store sucks. High priced and if you buy anything in the wrong size you can't do an even exchanged UNLESS you have the receipt and it is within so many days. HORRIBLE Customer service in this. They watch you like you are going to steal something while you shop and then they won't do an exchange even though it was tagged and bagged in all original because I don't have the receipt. Go ahead. UPDATE: South Plains Mall location did not hesitate to make the exchange and they even helped us find the right size. Redeemed, but will never return to the Slide Road location. Received a shirt as a gift on Christmas that was the wrong size. Slide Road location refused to exchange without a receipt even though it was in the original bag and had red raider outfitter tags still intact. The selection is great, but that's the only thing great. Prices, customer service, return policy, and management is terrible. If you know what you want, and can pay a good amount for it, go. If you are shopping around or are questioning a product, I would say stay away. The employees don't know much and don't pretend to, and the management is little help. I will NEVER shop here again. They would not honor their return policy two days after the purchase. I expected better service after spending $65 on a damn pullover.
