Worst return policy ever! We live 300 miles away and need a different size. Do they care? No! Guess what? I'll never shop with you all again and I will spread the word. As a season ticket holder and Tech supporter, I shopped with you frequently. Not any more!!!
I just love Red Raider Outfitters!!! They are the best! I contacted their online department for some assistance in finding a shirt for my daughter who wanted a more "girly" shirt! Chelsea in their online department was fantastic! I told her that I needed something for my daughter and she wanted it a girly color or style! Chelsea found a few items in the store and sent me pictures of them and I was able to purchase the items I needed for my daughter and son! Love that their customer services is above the rest! Before you buy anything from red raider outfitters look for the same thing on Amazon. Found a flag for $45 at RR outfitters and found the same flag with free 2 day shipping for $29. Asked if they would match it the manager rudely said "no I will not". I would rather keep my business local but I'm not going to be gouged and pay an extra $15 for something.
