Yelp, your Facebook page, your very own website, and a Bing search all state that you are open Mondays. But you didn't answer your phones. I've been told you now have a sign on the door stating you are closed Mondays. Apparently you need a working phone system that actually answers and tells people that you are lazy liars and are NOT actually open on Mondays. Heaven forbid that you would actually update all of the sources used to find you to indicate that you are NOT actually open on Mondays. How extremely inconsiderate.

My wife went to pick up our order and it was no where to be found because they sent it out for delivery to an address she hasn't been in years... I can understand if we placed an order for delivery but we didn't. Even so do you think they would confirm the address? Anyways, after the delivery driver came back with the order the manager refused to discount or even talk about the our now cold $40 dollar order. Terrible customer service. I don't live in Library anymore but every time I come home to visit the Red Onion is my 1st stop. Literally before I even go see my sister.
Do not order from my son ordered and an hr later we get a call from the driver telling us that when he went to pick up they told him they didn't make the food and to tell us to F- off. This was my minor son who ordered.. I don't know what kind of business you're running there but my son was going to spend 60 bucks out of he paycheck to order food for him and friends and that's the treatment they got. Oh the best part they charged his acct but he didn't get the food. They are lucky I don't have my attorney there.
