Was told that it would be an hour for delivery and it still wasn’t delivered by an hour and a half. Called the restaurant and after 15 minutes and 2 phones calls later was told oh well the delivery driver is out and should be there soon. 10 minutes later it was delivered and the driver did apologize but I was told that it was “crazy” on fridays. Not my problem...They shouldn’t tell people it will be an hour if it will be longer. First and last time I will be ordering.
absolutely rude phone person and manager luke I beleive it was I called to place an order like I have for the last i dont even know how many years. using the special they have listed on their website which I usually get and was told we arent accepting coupons anymore even though its on their website. First time for us and everything went great and hoagies were awesome!
manager shawn is an arrogant, little prick. they screwed up our order and would not refund our money for THEIR MISTAKE. would only make us drive another 25 mins to get a remake. no thanks. own up to your establishments mistake and fix it. thats what GOOD MANAGERS DO. maybe find a different career path because youre not too good at this one.
Food is good, don’t be in any hurry to pick up your food!! Told me 20 minutes and my food wasn’t even in the oven yet when I got there
