After calling in my order to pick up, I go get it and go back to Shawneetown to my home only to find my order was not right! Called and spoke with the manager but it was not worth the time I took to make the call. All she said was “well I can’t find your order to see what you ordered and I can’t fix what I don’t know is wrong”. What???? I just told you what was wrong!!! Won’t waste my time to go there for take out again. Food was ok but it wasn’t how I ordered it. And as far as the manager, she needs to learn more about PR. ... read more

It’s awesome � ��first bite mashed potatoes and gravy it took me back to when I was a kid at Grandma Carter’s. Yummy � �
Awful experience. The food took an hour and a half to get and then it was just so so and only warm. Not to mention there was a table across the room with kids that had been there for a lot longer than us and they still didn't have their food when we left. Horrible customer service.
