Price is as advertised, none of that fake advertising with all the hidden fees that is so common. Reasonable too. Clean, secure and great staff.

We never had a problem of any kind, and the staff was always wonderful to work with. The security was excellent!! Before moving to Red Oak, our previous storage building location was burglarized and the thieves took almost all of our stuff. No such problems in our 7-8 years at Red Oak. Good People and a good business. I highly recommend Red Oak Storage!!!!!
Red Oak Storage is the absolute best place. Excellent security!! We had a storage unit at another place in Hot Springs, unfortunately we were broke into 3 different times. Several valuable items stolen and the storage facility each time said "security camera's were not working". Wish we would have rented from Red Oak from the very beginning!!!!! Bree is the absolute best. We will never rent a storage unit from anyone but RED OAK!!!!!
