This is a cut-paste from a similar review I posted on yelp. Contacted Red Oak in November of 2025 for a roof replacement and siding work. Jeff and his team were pleasant to deal with, and seemed to honestly want to work hard, especially given pushback from insurance. However - their progress was slow, above and beyond the insurance issues. I would have to poke and prod them to follow up. Jeff replaced my crumbling siding in my three gables with first class lap siding. The crew did a meticulous job. Jeff is a nice person to work with and his pricing was priced fairly for the quality of work. I'm super pleased and plan on using Jeff again.

Red Oak was wonderful to work with. They called me on the phone and asked if I wanted a roof inspection. I said yes after I looked at their website. When they came out, they were by far the most educated when it came to roofs. My roof actually had hail damage; and so we let them submit a claim to Allstate for getting an inspection. Turns out; yes the damage was there and Red Oak had it approved with the insurance. Red Oak did my roof 3 years ago. It was a smooth process from start to finish, they got the job done quickly, communicated well, and most importantly they did a great job on my roof.

Received professional service throughout the whole process. The initial inspection, working with the insurance company and installation could not have been better. Quality of roof spoke for itself, the last hailstorm caused many neighbors roof damage while ours is just fine.
