be careful when purchasing a home from red oak and specifically agent Hsu-Ching Wintz. I MA first time home buyer so they got over on me good they cover up a lot of damage enforced me to do a quick close. a few weeks in to owning the home I start to find a ton of issues with the home that were covered up leaking pipes in the wall that were replasted lay down new linoleum over old linoleum that was completely rotted out. they're a pro seller all they care about is closing big to get money for their client and themselves!
