NP Carter is the first to actually listen to me talk and explain my past traumas She took time to understand what is going on in my life rather than just writing prescriptions I am blessed to have found someone in this field that really understands and is there to help people. I also work In the medical Field and Nurse Carter is above and beyond I will not go anywhere else Thank you NP S. Carter
Dr. Josiah belittled me made me feel worse than I did before I had my appointment. Stay away from this guy.
This place is great!
I have had a total of 4 appointments with NP Josiah he didn’t call me at my confirmed time as he was suppose to. I’ve been with the red oak psych for 2 months and already I have run out of 2 different medications and it takes over a week to hear back from anyone from the office. It is medical negligence allow a patient to run out of meds and have no one as back up to help refill prescriptions. Never ever would I recommend this group to anyone.
