I’ve attended many types of trade conventions over the years and was very impressed with the level of organization Red Oak provided. They took the hassle out of the booth set up and tear down. Roger and Justin were extremely helpful and couldn’t have been more accommodating. I hope all that read this understands how effective as well as talented Red Oak team is. Our organization has used Red Oak Meeting and Events the past 2 years for our law enforcement training conference and expo. Their professionalism and attention to detail is second to none! Exhibitor services for large events can be challenging. Justin and Roger made the pre-conference process easy for our exhibitors to navigate and when there were questions they responded immediately. When Milestone Meetings was in need of a trusted event resource, we reached out Red Oak Meetings & Events. Their team was extremely responsive to our initial request for proposal for a casino night. Within a few days, Roger and Justin were able to get us all squared away. We will be utilizing Red Oak Meetings & Events for future meetings and events.
