Bought a home from this builder and the service from them after the purchase has been a joke. Lack of communication and VERY slow to respond. Jeff just wants your money and then he is out. Very cheap work done throught the whole house. Buy from someone else if you can. UPDATE we put in grass in our back yard and had to dig out nothing but softball size rocks. Red Oak is the worst builder in the valley PLEASE spend your money elsewhere.
