I needed an air bag replaced due to a safety recall on my 2004 Infiniti. Everyone I had contact with from Tessa to Chuck Hoyle, service mgr., were so accommodating and friendly from making the appointment to providing a courtesy vehicle for the day. A professional team at Red Noland !

We had a recall for an airbag replacement. Didn't expect that the dealer would be real excited. However, Ben Moeder treated me like I'd just bought a new Cadillac! Ben was very personable and efficiently handled the issue. I'd very definitely recommend the service department.

We were traveling without trailer and the auto leveling system went out. We're only going to be in Colorado Springs for a few days. They got us in and found out the system controller was out. Had to order part. when the part came in they found out the relay was also bad. We had to leave next day. So their tech stayed over that night and they found a Nizzan dealer in the area to get the relay from and had us going the next day. They stuck to their original estimate and did not charge for the extra time or part they had to get... read more

You expect all of the stereotypical "car dealership" experiences when you embark on the journey of buying a car.
