Im not sure where the negative complaints are coming from. My first experience last year I lost over 40 pounds in two months. I then was laid up with surgery for 5 months and put the weight back on. Once I was fully recovered I weighed 236. I restarted the program and I have lost 33 pounds in a little over a month. Im doing a three month program to get down to 190.My observations: - its expensive but it works for most - as you age your metabolism slows which will make it very hard to lose weight with or without this program ... read more

I cant thank this company enough. I have struggled with my weight my whole life and have done RM3 twice (4 years apart). The first time, I lost over 50 lbs effortlessly. Some years went by and life happened; some weight came back. I immediately turned to Red Mountain knowing how successful I was the first time, and ended up losing another ******************************************************** I could not have done this without you!

Im on my 3rd week and Ive lost almost 20 pounds. Im following the plan and eating based on their recipes. Im still cautious I may stop losing weight, but every morning its exciting to get on the scale and weigh less than the day before. More later

Paid the over $500 for the initial consult and medications. Thats the last I heard from them. I called and asked when I would get a follow up. They said they would need to schedule it later. Told me a provider would call back. Never did. No Support. No coaching, No counseling. They take your money and thats pretty much it, unless you want to call them with every question you have. Did I lose weight yes. But $500 is a lot of money for just some prescription meds, that *** just be snake oil and vitamins. I only give them the s... read more

This company takes your $500+ and tells you you can lose 20lbs in a month. They would give recipes (only got 6) and the site never works. I decided to go onto step 2 because I was not going to pay another $500 for another month. I am still waiting for the info on step 2. The only plus are the people that work there. They are nice

I wish I would have read reviews before handing over $600+ to Red Mountain Weight loss. They are predators, preying on the desperation of people who are already hiding in shadows. I, like all the others here, bought into the dream they know you want to believe. I did see an initial loss of about 10 pounds in the first 2 weeks and thought "Wow, this is an amazing program." Please DO NOT try this. If you are having weightloss issues go speak to your doctor. I have spent 600$ for the appointment almost 150$ on shakes and 250 on a control kit. I was sold a dream of weight loss and have been struggling for years. I meal prepped and followed all the rules I gained 11 lbs in first 4 weeks and was told to trust the process. Red Mountain deserves NO STARS. I was excited for the program. I set up the video *******ation. I spoke with the doctor for about 15 to 20 minutes and then toggled between other representatives who looked like they were in hotel rooms (not an office or any place professional.) I was charged $199. I was told that I needed to do an ***. I had an Echo done in June so I submitted that to show I was clear. They insisted on an ***.
