I started the Flex program a couple weeks ago and do not feel any effects from the medication yet. I went in for my first B12 shot last Thursday and was expecting more support, such as reviewing my weight loss journal, but that didn't occur. I'm disappointed in the lack of support as well as I'm disappointed that so far I've spent over $500 but feel like I was given what seems like a placebo. What am I actually paying for here??

Hands down the best weight loss assistance program. I have tried sooo many other options and at over 50 it has been a challenge to find anything that I can adopt as a lifestyle change and not just some fad diet plan! The support so far has been phenomenal. I'm down 12lbs and honestly I follow the meal plan which has a lot of options. Absolutely no support from RM 3. It was one contact, and one contact only. They took my money, sent me the meds and that was it. I Didnt loose anything. Shame on you people.

Red Mountain is a game changer!!! I started the program end of March with RM3 and Im down 36 pounds and about 3 sizes! I have struggled for years with my weight and had no confidence whatsoever and all that has changed!! My main focus was to get healthy so that I can keep up with my granddaughter and now I feel like I can run circles around her some days! Thank you just doesnt cover it ! I feel like myself again! My only regret is that I did t do this sooner!!

2rounds of Revolex followed by RM3. Only 5 lbs down - disappointed. About $1800+ later??? Worked in past years but not this time. Also an extra $85 fee to dispense a RX that cost $54 at final free followup appointment. Feel $85 should not have been charged. Oh well- good luck but get your wallet out!

Save yourself the $600 and do this: cut out all sugars and carbs, eat only lean proteins, and high fiber fruits and veggies. Thats essentially why youll lose weight on this program.Also, know that this hcg medication can interfere/reduce effectiveness of other meds youre taking. A little secret they failed to mention to me after telling them about my meds. I went to RM to loose a stubborn 15 lbs . I am on medication for my ** and I am well controlled , they took my ** 3 times and it came up with a number that was dangerously high . They then gave me an *** , it was fine, I was told to come back the next day for a ** recheck, in the mean time I took my ** 4 times at home both that day and the next morning all readings were between 117/80 and 125/85 .. yet when I went to RM it was 169/100 , I never said anything negative to the staff even though they treated me horribly .
