Best car buying experience ever! This is the 3rd time I've had to buy a car, and the only time I felt good about it. I applied online the Thursday night and by the time I got there on friday, I was already approved. Ernie and the guys at Red Mountain Motors are courteous and knowledgeable, Sam was telling me all about the cars I was test driving (I test drove 4). There was no pressure, they wanted to make she I was comfortable with the car I was buying. Would definitely recommend going there to buy your next pre owned car.
Give you the run around, say you are approve and gave them all info they wanted and at the end they still gave the run around saying they have to wait and wait and more money down.
This company lied about how many miles a vehicle had. they or someone rolled the odometer back 24k miles .feel free to msg me and I'll show you the car fax it
I'm telling yal. This is the place to go for a new/gently used car. Ernie and the rest of the staff treated me so good! From the time I walked onto the lot, til the time I drove off in my 2012 chevy malibu, it was nothing geuine, sincere, professional & friendly busniess. I felt like family. No bs. If you're looking to buy a car in good condition and a good price, I recommend red mountain motors. As soon as I walked on to the lot I was greeted like family. They asked if they could help me and my family, asking if we would like to test ride any of they cars. Ranging from Hondas,to Chevy etc. Over all my experience was amazing great customer service I definitely recommend them when you are looking to buy a car!!!
