This place really changed my life. In the worst way. They think there is only one right way to do things. They do not adapt to peoples needs and the staff are very argumentative. and do not get started on power struggles, I will actually say some vial things. They will say anything to get you to give them your money. They told me I would be able to get my phone before I went, and guess what, that never happened.
I worked at Red Mountain Colorado for two years and helped assemble their leadership team. The way I judge any behavioral health program is by asking myself the question, “Would I send my child there?” Unfortunately, for many programs in behavioral health field, the answer is “no.” However, for Red Mountain Colorado the answer is a resounding “yes.” Why is that?
