I called this excellent, local Ftn Hills business after 6pm on a Friday to ask for AC repair service. By 3pm the next day and they already had a Technician out who fixed the AC Unit at our Townhome. Fast Service. Honest Technicians. Cheap repair cost. They were very reliable in a emergency when we needed them on 8-31-24 when its still 110 Degrees outside. Red Mountain saves the day! Bravo Guys!! THANKS
The AC for our condo failed over a summer weekend. Red Mountain estimator was out first thing Monday morning, provided a very competitive estimate and scheduled a Wednesday installation by noon. Installers arrived on time, completed the job with care and were fastidious with cleanup.
60 day old unit is dead and it's 100+ degrees out after sunset. I'm absolutely disgusted after using a local company there is no one available during these temperatures on a brand new unit. I have 3 special needs dogs in my home. I'm now scrambling to find a place to sleep that can accommodate our pets after giving you >$10k in business.
