great brunch We went for the brunch and it was great! The beef was perfect and the stuffed turkey was wonderful. Shrimp, eggs made to order, sausages, chicken, meatballs, fruits- a very full buffet! The staff was unusually friendly and cheerful. A great dining experience. We'll go back! We got a senior citizen discount that was very generous and I had a $5 coupon from their website. Made my day!

Perhaps I went on the wrong day The problem with this place is not the food, but the way it is set up. The Red Mill is obviously a converted house, so there really is no good place for a long line to stand waiting to get to the buffet. Picture thanksgiving dinner in a house that is too small and a family too large. Now multiply it by 1000 and you have the fiasco that was the buffet here. To make matters worse, the person running the buffet had people start at both ends of the buffet table. Brilliant! Now people will hit each... read more

Ms. Very, very disappointed in food, service. Food was cold had to be returned by the three dinners, came back obviously heated in microwave as juices were overflowing on dish. Mistakes, mistakes by the waiter and he didn't even ask if we wanted coffee or dessert. I also must comment I was feeling sick and by the time I got home felt like I suffered food posioning from the clams throughtout the entire night. Will NEVER go back as they just didnt seem to care if it was satisfactory or not! Not a single welcome at the door or ... read more

Don't waste your time and money Owner is a poor businessman. Used an expired gift certificate (which we were told over the phone they would accept). After getting the bill - almost $100 - was told we could not use it. PROS: We had a great waiter and the food was okay CONS: Mac & cheese had the consistency of boxed and owner never showed his face

okay, but overpriced I ate here a few months ago and the service was great, but the food wasn't. The food was okay, but for the price I expected more. I had heard a lot about this restaurant, but if felt like I was back in the 50s and I didn't see many young faces. I will probably not go back.

Ruined my birthday Out of all the restaurants in Buffalo, I chose this one for my birthday dinner. I felt that supporting a local restaurant would be best during these hard financial times and since they specialize in prime rib, it would be tasty. First err was the seafood bisque; I have never had a brown bisque before, but it was palatable. Second problem was the stuffed peppers; the peppers weren't even cooked. It seemed like the chef just stuffed them with cheese without ever precooking the peppers even slightly or puttin... read more
