We were very impressed with Rick -- he was knowledgeable, thorough, and kind. We had to reschedule our inspection several times, and he was extremely flexible and patient. He was also willing to return to the property a second time to look at some things we didn't have access to the first time around. All in all a very good experience. We recommend him highly!
