Visited your 111 Jackson, Naperville store this evening and we were so disappointed with our visit. My kids wanted to try Red Mango vs Forever Yogurt since we had heard good reviews of your yogurt but after receiving such poor customer service from your staff tonight we will definitely not be visiting your location again. Downtown Naperville has so many good restaurants & ice cream choices to choose from its a shame that your staff doesn't know the meaning of good customer service. My bf & I just got smoothies from here. Over $8 for what I can only describe as pulply almond milk. Felt bad bc they had to be remade the first time bc they were made with yogurt, & then we threw away the not even full when we got it remake after a few sips & got a Starbucks to get the bad taste out.

Staff is very friendly so you feel welcome. Entire store is very clean. Bathroom glass is amazing you have to try it to know what I mean. Large selection of delicious toppings. Froyo flavors are all good. My favorite is coffee and coconut. My daughters favorite is slam dunk and original with boba. All should try it!!!!

Awful yogurt! Tasted salty and spoiled! Alerted the attendant at the register and she seemed less than enthusiastic to help us. Won't be stopping here again.
