I have been going to this Red Lobster for over 19 years and I have always had amazing experiences! There are many very long term staff and they always make me feel welcome and the food is sensational!
horrible experience was told my wait would be 25 minutes. it was an hour. they took 40 people ahead of us. i went to ask where we were on waiting list. she said we were next it took so long because of a high chair. of cpurse i wpuld expect if my wait is going to be longer than you told me than you wpuld came back and explain. now keep in mind they took two parties of the same size ahead of us. bad customer service.
