I came for to go order on 26 bartender charged 6.oo for a tip. She was given a tip in cash she put in her own tip. She was extremely rude .Left out my salad and sides and no drinks. Manager was not very nice and acted like was no big Deal.
Server was inattentive and slow. Appetizers over-cooked. Coffee cold and replaced with burnt. It'd been years since I was here and I won't return for more than biscuits.
Food and service was great. Red Lobster sent me a $5.00 coupon for my birthday through FB but I couldn't pull it up and the manager would not allow the discount. Why send them through FB. They need to be sent through email instead.
Everything was fresh and hot! The appetizers were also delicious. I have never had artichoke dip that was so hearty. Service was excellent. Our server's name was Charles. I will request him the next time i dine there. My overall satisfaction with this dining experience was magnificent!
The food was fantastic but only wish they had oysters that I really wanted
