Thomas was a FANTASTIC server. Very attentive and engaging. He stopped several times to ensure everything was going well. His service was top notch!!
Was really looking forward to visiting RL, as we hadn't been for a while. Overall meals were good, service okay. Can you believe that at 5pm after I placed my order for bacon cheese burger, I was informed that they ran out of bacon. I enquired if there would be an adjustment to the bill....response "no.". No rush to return. Many thanks for your attention to my review and the offer for private message through Facebook. Although I would like to chat, I'm not on Facebook book. Take care.
We have been coming to Red Lobster for years, and Danielle always goes above and beyond, great service everytime!
The service was absolutely amazing. Friendly staff that knew how to have fun with our out of town guests despite a language barrier. The food was delicious and we left laughing and full.
