Had a terrible visit to this Red Lobster location today. Sadly, it was my husband's birthday weekend lunch. So, that was a big let down. The service was really bad. During this time of Coronavirus, we expect some delays, etc. But even the table was dirty. The place wasn't crowded at all so they couldn't have been too busy.
Husband took me out for my birthday. I’ve been wanting to go and with covid haven’t been able to. We debated olive gardens endless breadsticks or cheddar biscuits then this location or Dale Mabry. We chose this one bc it was closer, big mistake! Service was terrible. Waiter seemed upset the hostess put us in his area. After ordering everything we had ask for biscuits and straws for our drinks the plates and napkins for the appetizer. We had to ask for more biscuits which never came, we received one per person at our table. W... read more
Terrible food, old oil, super fishy, sent back order twice, had to ask for refills and more biscuits. Will NOT be back....
