Called in the morning about a pin hole leak on copper pipe in garage. Mike came out same day. He was courteous, informative and got the job done for a reasonable affordable price. He cleaned up his work too. He even came out to check out a concern we had that we weren't sure about. Very kind family owned company.
These guys are always polite and knowledgeable. I won't use anyone else for my plumbing needs.
We have been in Magnolia for 14 years and have used Red Lion a few times. Every time I deal with them they are awesome Charlotte is usually who I get on the phone. She is nice, knowledgeable, and always shows an urgency in getting my issue resolved. Mike is who has come out before and he is awesome. Shows me the issue and the problem, explains the fix and makes sure the job is done right. I hate paying for plumbing issues, but when I have them Red Lion is who I call.
