My family started coming to the Red Lion around 1951. I was 8 years old, and my favorite standard was the "Half-and-Half with a Half of Fried Chicken." For years and years, my uncle, Dr. Ed (Mitch) Mitchell's family and the Keys family would eat Sunday supper there, most Sundays. Now I live in Georgia, and make it a special point whenever we are in NJ, to eat at the Red Lion. Food and service is still exceptional. Regards, Jim Keys
