Made the mistake of not looking at google reviews. Booked with third party. When you walk in its presentable the smell is definitely different. If your booked room 115 deny instantly. Room 115 had broken glass on bathroom floor, bathroom wasn't clean found personal items left in bathroom as well. No shower curtain, toilet leaking, toilet doesnt flush but works. Tiles in bathroom missing. Toilet sounds like jet taking off and takes forever to refill. The air in the room the vent rattles and a different sounds come from it. Br... read more

Booked for 5 people, was asked if I needed just 1 bed....no....I need 3. First room smelled like smoke and the toilet wouldn't stop running. Second room was third floor and was told she'd bring a rollaway up for us. Never showed up. The carpet was ruined everywhere. The elevator smelled like burnt grease. Despite the ice machine that sounded like a jack hammer and the worn out bed, nothing was stolen. So there's that. I'll never be back. Not even if I was given the chance to punch Nancy Pelosi in the face twice.

Was on the bottom floor, ok room and luxurious bathroom except for the ceiling. AC wouldn't work and the room smelled like smoke. If you plan on staying here more than a day BRING YOUR OWN WATER!!! Did a taste test and the tap and shower water is the exact same as the pool water I do not recommend drinking the tap water unless you want to be light headed. Service was great but we had a do not disturb card on the door and the maid still tried getting in it was scary like a scene from the walking dead. She gave up tho so we go... read more

If I could rate 0 I would! Stayed 2 years ago and never made a review because they said they were working hard to fix this place up. Stayed again for a weekend trip and there no change to the condition of the rooms. Room was dirty, carpet left our socks/feet black. Bathtub was in horrible condition and air conditioning did not work. Standing water in carpeted areas, public restrooms not in order while they were allowing us to have an event in their building.
