During the recent heat wave, I was in the airport and called them when our HVAC went out. They came out, inspected the unit, realized that the cause was simply a build-up of dust (due to our ignorance) that was causing the unit to intermittently turn off on hot summer days. Will took care of the problem, and was willing to continue the service call if that didn't fix the problem. Will replaced our old AC unit and did an amazing job to make us comfortable again! The house is already cooled down and comfortable and we’re so happy. We will definitely be using Red Lion again to replace the heater when it needs it.
