Tara Leurs and her team are excellent! They were all quick to response to our questions as we sold our home and bought a new home. We chose Mike Cole as our realtor without meeting him because he was the only realtor who responded to our web search with thoughtful responses, not computer generated lists. He worked really hard for us and was so patient as we went through the process of defining what we really wanted. While we were pretty much just trying to find something that generally fit our criteria, he found a dream home for us! As far as we are concerned Mike Cole is THE BEST!
Mike Cole helped us to sell our house quicker than we could have imagined and we got the price we were looking for as well. He was very helpful throughout the process and very responsive as well. He answered all of our questions and put us at ease throughout the sell. We are moving out of state and he even got us in contact with a real estate agent in the city we are looking to move to. My wife and I were very happy with Mike and would recommend him to anyone looking to sell their house.
In using Mike to help us locate and purchase our home, we found more than just an agent. Mike is that professional you want in your corner to help you with all the pieces of the transaction. He took it upon himself to go out of his way and secure a deal for us with the seller, and was willing to do whatever it took to ensure our security in the transaction. I never had a phone call, text, or email unanswered. I highly recommend Mike and his team to any one looking to purchase a home.
