The service was poor, the Reindeer meatloaf and mashed potatoes were cold, when they arrived and the restaurant was stuffy and uncomfortable! No wonder Yelp only rated this place stars, and that was generous! I'd rather eat a McDonald's in the motorhome, with a can of beer, than eat here again!
We saw the terrible reviews but you are held captive here when doing a Holland America tour We had no other choice after a long day of traveling so decided to try it. Food was cold. Service was horrible Would recommend McDonalds first. Do not eat here will be Letting Holland America know we will go back to Carnival Cruises before doing another one with them.
Over cooked omelette, dry toast, and took about 45 min from ordering
Great service and food.Our waiter Damon was awesome.
One of the worst meals I've ever had and even worse service. It took over 30 minutes just to be told they couldn't make the drink I wanted. The food had no flavor and was definitely not worth the $100 we spent on dinner and drinks. It was made even worse when we saw our waitress, who was too busy to refill our drinks, bring us a drink, take our order, bring us warm food, etc. eating and hanging out with her friends in another part of the restaurant as we were walking out. Don't waste your money or time on this place.
The food was amazing and The staff were Very courteous.����✌�️������
