Severely disappointed with the service we got today. My friend was seriously interested in purchasing & he wouldn't even work with her. I can't believe how they treated her & didn't even offer to run her credit or negotiate the price down past $600 off the ticket price. He spoke to her like she was a toddler & would never be able to qualify for a car over $15k. How insulting of your salesman Chris. I'm seriously disappointed in my service today. I went in prepared to buy a Santa Fe and was not taken seriously. The guy that "helped" me never ran my credit, even after I asked multiple times. He had a bad attitude when I tried to negotiate and get a lower price/monthly price. I can understand if he tried and truly could not give me exactly what I wanted, but he never tried.
