Staff needs to be more knowledgeable, staff and company are negligible if an animal dies due to their lack thereof. I hope she sues you and wins.
The lady at the front desk is so kind. While we were there picking up our dog she was getting non stop calls and still managing to deal with in person customers. On another note, we got our dog neutered here and they went over everything they were charging, no surprise billing. They respected our decisions on some vaccinations and told us exactly what they did and how he behaved under anesthesia. Was just passing through WY and after calling several vets all over, Red Hills was the only one able to get my dog in same day. Fair pricing, discount for 1st time customer and very nice folks to deal with. *I requested the muzzle for this little terrorist because she bites health pros, they actually had no trouble with her at all which really speaks to the vets connection w animals, rare w this pup. If I lived near Gillette, they'd be my go to veterinarian, thank you!
