Beware of this Red Hawk Property Management These people have been HORRIBLE to work with. Every time I call the manager he always come up some kind of excuse to avoid talking to you. They are ****, and will look for every opportunity to cheat the tenant and be rude to the tenant. They charged me a ton of fee just to move out. I ask them to do the house and landscape cleaning they told me I can use any body to do that and send them the receipt. But they will charge you again for all that with the reason they did not do a good... read more

I initially signed a lease with a different property manager, but the owners had a falling out with him halfway through my lease and signed up with Red Hawk Property Management to take over. They are curt, and will look for every opportunity to cheat the tenant and be rude to the tenant. They charged me a late fee when I KNOW my rent was there on time, I had to send future payments certified mail so I could prove when they got there. Our calls are recorded as well as most communications are in writing. ******, I could not find anything that indicated we were rude to you as the tenant. I could tell you were getting frustrated because we would not agree with many statements that you made. While reviewing your lease the following is provided: 2.States your security deposit is $200.00. Of that amount $87.50 is non refundable and $112.... read more
