I wish I liked sushi. It looks so pretty and seems to be the thing to eat, but I love Red Ginger for all the other food it serves. The atmosphere, the drinks, the wait staff...all top notch! I crave the lettuce wraps and edamame, Naan bread and hummus. Cooking steak on a hot rock is my favorite with a side of mixed grilled vegetables.

First time trying the place in TC and we were impressed. Loved the sushi and it was just the right size plate. Cocktails were very good too and service was attentive.
